Hong Kong:
We use "SF Express - Cash on Delivery" (Pay the shipping fee to the delivery personnel upon receiving the goods) or "HK Post EC-GET" (Pre-paid when you check out here) for shipping.

Outside of Hong Kong:
We use "Hong Kong Post - Registered Airmail" as the shipping method. The shipping fee will be collected along with the product price when you place an order.

Shipping fee is on Dax for orders over HK$350 (Hong Kong only) 🤗

Hong Kong:
SF Express
You have the option of self-pickup at designated SF Express stations or self-service lockers. The delivery fee for commercial buildings is approximately HK$30, while residential addresses may incur an additional residential surcharge for door-to-door delivery. The actual costs may vary, so please refer to the latest pricing from SF Express for the most accurate information.

HK Post EC-GET

Selecting post offices or iPostal stations as collection point:

• HK$ 10 - 0.5 KG
• HK$ 18 - 1 KG
• HK$ 22 - 1.5 KG
• HK$ 25 - 2 KG
• HK$ 33 - 2.5 KG

Selecting 7-Eleven as collection point:

• HK$ 25 - 2 KG

Outside of Hong Kong:
The shipping fees vary based on different regions and weights. The actual shipping cost will be automatically calculated when you select the shipping destination and products. Due to the weight of the items or factors affecting international shipping, there is a possibility that additional postage may be required.

Due to limited manpower, we will do our best to ship the goods within 14 working days! :)

Hong Kong:
You can generally expect to receive the goods within 2 working days after they are shipped.

Outside of Hong Kong:
Delivery time typically ranges from 4 to 24 working days, depending on factors such as flight availability, customs clearance, and aviation security checks.

The order confirmation email is automatically sent by the system upon completion of your payment. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder, as it might have landed there.

After the order is shipped, we will notify you via email with the tracking number or postal number. You can use this number to track the delivery status of your order.
